Super King or Twin Beds
A separate bedroom with a luxurious super king bed fitted with 100% cotton ec0-friendly bedding.
Alternatively two singles can be arranged.

Double Sofa Bed
A lounge area with a velvet covered sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress.
Kitchen
Our retro theme kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience to can cook your own meals or heat up ready meals (from the local M&S!).
It features a freestanding cooker (with oven, grill and hob), fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sink, electric heater, a recycling and compost bin and all cooking essentials and accessories.
Dining Area
Stylish loom chairs and dining table comfortably seating four to enjoy your fresh breakfast or cook an evening meal.
Eco Wood Burner

To keep cosy we have a brand new eco-certified wood burner, complete with kindling, eco-logs and fire accessories.
We also provide
Continental Breakfast
Your stay includes a continental-style breakfast. This comprises cereals, muesli and porridge oats (guests to make); sourdough bread, croissants, butter, jams and spreads; a selection of fruit; and milk and orange juice. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know in advance as we can offer gluten free porridge and bread; organic almond or coconut milk.
Fair Trade, Eco-Friendly, Organic Teas, Coffeee and Sugar.
For coffee lovers we have a Lavazza ‘nespresso-style’ coffee machine with Eco caps, cafetiere and Fair Trade organic instant – and decaf – coffee. We also provide a selection of Fair Trade and organic herbal teas and sugar.
Organic Towels & Eco-Friendly Cotton Bedding
We provide 100% organic cotton towels, sheets and hypoallergenic pillows and duvets. All bedding is OEKO-TEX certified for no harmful chemicals.
Free, Secure, Off-street Parking and Bicycle Storage
Gated driveway with the convenience and security of parking right outside the door. We also have a secure lock up for bikes.
Where Are We
Situated in the small village of Pyecombe in the South Downs National Park near Brighton.
Great walks, including nearby Wolstonbury Hill; beautiful National Trust gardens; local vineyards and historic villages such as Ditchling and Lewes.
The Stables are right on the South Downs Way, a convenient stop between Steyning and Lewes making a perfect stay for walkers and cyclists travelling this 100 mile ancient route.
Just 15 minutes drive from the vibrant city of Brighton and the beach. Great for shopping, families, restaurants, entertainment, night life, cultural sights, festivals and relaxing on the beach!
Situated in the small village of Pyecombe, famous for the 'Pyecombe Hook' which was made at The Forge. The Plough pub, offering home cooked meals, and a convenient M&S are a 5 minute walk away!
